Blake graduated summa cum laude from Covenant College with an Economics degree and spent nearly a decade working closely with C-suite executives in a Fortune 250 company, holding leadership roles in Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Strategy across a global enterprise.
He completed a robust 5-year leadership development program, moving multiple times including a stint abroad with the company in London. He became one of the youngest directors then officers in the company’s history, earning a CFA along the way. Blake found himself frequently sought out by high-potential leaders who wanted to grow in their career, but felt they lacked meaningful mentorship and development. This built his passion for mentoring and equipping purpose driven leaders.
In 2016, he married Lex, the love of his life. Then came his son, Bear, and then daughter, Blakely. CoThryve was officially born with the first Growth Group in 2019 when his family moved from Chattanooga, TN to Winter Garden, Florida to be closer to family.
