Speaker, Author, Christian CCM artist and Worship Leader, Denise Pass delivers a powerful, authentic message through song and word, spoken and written underneath the ministry umbrella “Seeing Deep”. With a goal of discipleship and authentic faith, Seeing Deep seeks to be a compass grounded in Scripture and a place where real problems meet real, transparent faith. Her message comes from her own personal, painful experiences which have given her a heart of compassion to help heal others who have walked through similar suffering. Her book, “Shame Off You”, is published by Abingdon Press and released in August 2018. Denise is also the author of “31 Days to Hope Reinvented”. Her songs “You Are Worthy”, “Layers”and “Reign in Me” have all won awards and been on radio.

Denise was a music performance major on full scholarship at the University of Maryland when she came to know Christ as her savior in 1988. Then a brass musician, God began to give her songs on the piano. Denise’s debut album, “Just Fine”, released in 2002, launched her music and speaking ministry in the Mid-Atlantic states.

At the end of 2007, within months of receiving this recognition, Denise’s life was suddenly upended by a personal crisis hat tore at the very fabric of her family. In the midst, God delivered a new message in songs flowing from a wounded heart attended to by our living God. Ultimately healing and restoration came that confirmed God’s promise to bring beauty from ashes to His believers.

Denise homeschooled all five of her children, four who are currently in college and one who she was blessed to adopt from Russia. She has seen the goodness of God in the land of the living and is married to the love of her life, who is also her ministry partner. Her blogs, podcast and music hit on subjects that help believers to stand firm during the waves of disillusionment life can bring, and also offering an invitation to unbelievers to come and know Jesus. When Denise and her family are not ministering at churches or events, they can be found gardening, hiking or playing Scrabble.
