Kevin Harrison

Kevin Harrison is an established business leader, having dedicated the last 31 years to owning and operating two successful Chick-fil-A franchise locations in Virginia. He now leads in multiple business arenas, which include both individual and group leadership coaching and consulting through Uncommon Influence. Kevin is fully committed to walking out his purpose of having uncommon influence in the lives of people, as well as on organizational outcomes. He is always looking for ways to help maximize the leadership capacity of individuals and teams while ensuring that quality of life remains a priority. He also finds great personal fulfillment as a leader in creating opportunities for others and helping people realize their potential.

Kevin has always desired to give back and make a lasting impact on his local community and abroad. He currently serves on the Board of An Achievable Dream Middle and High School, Inc. and is particularly committed to his philanthropic and charity work of over two decades with Orphan’s Tree, an organization assisting orphans in Russia.

Kevin also enjoys reading, traveling, surfing and running, and has completed more than 15 full marathons both nationally and internationally. Most importantly, Kevin greatly values his family and treasures the time he spends with them. He and his wife Jennifer have four children and two grandchildren and reside in Poquoson, Virginia.
