With a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science and Master’s in Engineering Management, Commissioner Parks focuses on parks and recreation, water resources, and public safety. Parks demonstrates his high value in servant leadership with his passion for meeting individual members of the community during Coffee and Conversation, an outreach meeting with the opportunity to sit with Sean parks at a local restaurant one-on-one.
