About The Guest

Gary Crawford

Gary Crawford is a leadership coach with a mission to cultivate stronger leadership in individuals, teams, and organizations.

After 39 years in leadership at Westside Baptist Church in Gainesville Florida, Gary asked the Lord, “What next?” while in Kenya on a missions trip. This trip brought about a transition plan that Gary enacted at his church, leading Gary to this one realization: we are all always in transition, all the time. Using the book Halftime by Bob Buford as a tool to move forward, he began to see the power of coaching in his own and other’s lives. Gary found his niche in coaching was leadership and performance coaching, therein marking the beginning of his coaching business.
