Dee Ann Turner serves as the current Vice President of Sustainability for Chick-fil-A, Inc. Turner attended Cincinnati Christian University in Cincinnati, Ohio, majoring in Journalism and Christian Education. Later, she completed her education at Clayton State University in Atlanta with a degree in Management. Further certifications include Goizueta School of Business at Emory University, Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia, Kenan-Flagler Business School at UNC Chapel Hill, and the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.
Today, Turner plays an intricate role in growing Chick-fil-A’s unique and highly regarded culture while overseeing recruitment, selection, and retention of corporate staff and Chick-fil-A Franchisees. She reveals her applicable tools to building an incredible and influential company culture in her book, It’s My Pleasure: The Impact of Extraordinary Talent and A Compelling Culture.
When not pouring into Chick-fil-a, Turner pursues her passion for missions as a former board chair for the children-focused Kenya Project, board advisor at Lubbock Christian University’s business school, and board member of Proverbs 31 ministry in Charlotte, NC. Dee Ann and her husband, Ashley, have been married for more than 30 years and are parents to three boys, Trenton, Trevor and Trey.
