Job Title: Director of Student Ministry
Specialties: Youth Ministry, Leadership
Their Podcast: How to Lead Students in Ministry with Foster Dickson

Foster is a Florida native, born and raised right in the heart of Central Florida. He spent most of his childhood volunteering with the kids’ and youth ministries for his local church where he fell in love with getting to serve.

After graduating high school, Foster attended Valencia State College for a few years while working for Rocky DeStefano at Chick-Fil-A. It was during this time, with the constant encouragement (and occasional reining in) of Rocky that Foster began to seek out how he could further utilize his personality and talents to serve others.

In 2014, Foster moved to Georgia to intern with a non-profit that runs youth camps and conference around the globe. Over the next two years, Foster’s passion for people and leadership development by looking at the example of Jesus would come to a head and set the course the next chapter in his life. After moving home, Foster transitioned into full-time ministry with the Church at South Lake in Clermont, where he serves as the Student Director, getting to do life with teens and parents in his community.
